Jump Squats Can Improve Your Fitness!

Thinking about our spring/summer activities such as hiking and mountain biking not only gives us a more positive outlook but gives us something to look forward to.

Jump squats are an awesome exercise that don’t need any equipment and are a total butt kicker. Try this squat jump ladder: 20 min:

-Minute 1-1 squat jump, rest remaining of the minute..minute 2-2 jump squats, rest remainder of the minute...and so on until 20 minutes or until you can’t do any more.

-To scale this exercise just squat and reach up, leaving the jumping off the movement.
